G. Road, Fort, Mumbai 400001, India. In case of no reply from the Complainant, within 2 weeks from the date any clarification was provided, the Company shall treat the Grievance/request as Closed
Policyholders who have complaints against Insurance company, may approach the Complaints/Grievance Redressal Cell of the Insurer concerned. Details and mail ids of the Grievance Redressal Officers of the Insurers are available at https://irdai.gov.in/web/guest/list-of-gros
If you do not receive a response from the us/Insurer within a reasonable period of time or are dissatisfied with the response, they you may approach the Grievance Redressal Cell in the Policyholder's Protection & Grievance Redressal Department of the IRDAI.
